A what's your word, Rosh Hashanah style? Yes. To some, it is the year of the open door. For me, it is a year of transition. B
In these last days, it is imperative that Christians are on alert. Be alert not just to what others are doing, but what we are doing too. We must not tear each other down. We must pray for each other. Praying "in love" to pray "love" in to others.
Are you a hot shower or cold shower person? Fire of God or Peace of God? Today, in the shower, I was both. Hot vs Cold.
Trusting God is a process. Especially when you're in the middle of a storm in life. But, by saying four little words, "I trust you, Lord", we can get through anything. Even if we don't understand it.
Matthew 11:28 says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." That rest is God's Comfort Zone
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. Romans 12:2 (ESV)
There is a balance between reasoning vs discernment. We need both in our lives, but ultimately, it's a matter of trust.
When you're in the middle of it, it's hard to believe in, let alone praise, God. Unless, you remember.
